We obtain personal data directly from you in many ways: When you communicate with us by telephone, email, by opting to sign up to our communication via our website contact form, or other forms of electronic communication. In this respect, we may monitor, record and store any such communication.

5. What categories of personal data do we collect?

Contact details, (e.g., name, company name, job title, work and mobile telephone numbers, work and personal email, fax number and postal address) with an addition of order history which the customer is entitled to be encrypted as is by default and will not be divulged with external parties.
